The new Chevy Blazer gives you two reliable engines. A 2.0L turbo and a 3.6L V6. Both engines engage with a 9-speed automatic transmission. Each trim is available with FWD or AWD. If gas mileage is a priority, you'll want to match trims with the 2.0L Turbo with FWD. This motor is available on the 2LT, 3LT, and Premier trims with an EPA-estimated 22/29 MPG city/highway with 228 horsepower.

That's extremely adequate and more than enough power on the daily drive. But more power comes with the 3.6L V6. On full throttle, you'll release 308 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine, combined with FWD, will give you an EPA-estimated 19/26 city/highway.
